Who we are
Business events, run properly
Saab Events Ltd organises business events and supports clients with the commercial work around them. We plan corporate events, executive dinners, conferences, summits and private networking gatherings, and we manage the stakeholders, sponsors and guests that make them worthwhile.
Alongside event management, we support companies with business development and consultancy: introductions, partnership building, positioning and market access. Clients come to us when they need an event delivered to a high standard, or a network they cannot build on their own.
Malta gives our clients a credible European base and a practical meeting point between Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. We work locally with an international standard.

Saab Events is also involved in building and supporting curated business platforms, executive networks and industry initiatives — including the DEAI Summit and VIP C-Level Club.
VIP C-Level Club is a curated membership community for C-level leaders, founders, investors and decision-makers. It runs on private gatherings, premium member experiences and direct introductions rather than open attendance — a selective business circle built for high-trust connections and commercial opportunity, in Malta and beyond.
